Couch Removal in Plano A+++Service, would highly recommend. They showed up on time, completely friendly, professional and were in and out quick! Were even careful when removing the couch through the front door, not to damage the doorframe. They even removed an area rug as well. Super fast! Will use their services again!

Jordi and Mauricio are AMAZING. I had a 300 lb oversized piece of furniture to get rid of and they did it in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. Everything was left spotless and they are not only skilled at what they do but are so positive and kind. They also offer handyman services and didn’t mind us walking them around getting quotes on future jobs. We will 100% be using them again. Also, Jordi’s response time to my quote was within minutes and he communicated every step of the way-even telling me when he’d be there specifically. He didn’t give a 3 or 4 hour window of time where I was just waiting around. If I could give them more stars I would. A++++++ company

I highly recommend this company. The owner Jordi, and his employees were kind, very professional, and efficient. I was calling several junk removal companies for estimates, but when I spoke with Jordi, I realized I had found the right one. We had two big old couches and a huge refrigerator, and although they originally did not fit through the doors, the workers problem solved until it was done. I originally called on a Monday afternoon/evening, and by Tuesday afternoon the job was done. He gave me an estimate and stood by that. I couldn’t be more pleased with how smoothly everything went. We hired Junk of America to come pick up all sorts of junk we needed to get rid of. We had an old mattress, old furniture, and a lot of other bags of stuff. We had it piled up near our driveway. Enough to fill his trailer! Jordi was professional, on time, well spoken, kind and a good communicator. He was fast and efficient and was gone in no time. Jordi has fair pricing. He speaks English very well and is a native Spanish speaker. He was able to back up his trailer easily into our driveway from the back alleyway with no issues. His trailer has big signs on it with Junk of America and is easy to read. We would absolutely recommend Junk of America to anyone who might need help getting rid of a pile of junk! I think they can also remove things from inside your home, we had it ready for them in a big pile though. Call and get Jordi to help you! You can't go wrong.
TODAY WAS A GOOD DAY! Back story....On Friday, while at work, I tried researching companies that serviced apartments. I needed my bed and sectional couch thrown away ASAP. I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator. I tried asking my brothers and they said no way. Junk of America was the first place I called. Jordi was so polite and professional. He answered all my questions. I asked him how far in advance did I need to make an appointment. He said we can come tomorrow between 9:30a-10a. I was surprised and relieved at the same time. I didnt waste time calling any other companies. I had no clue how to dismantle my bed but he had the tools to do so. It took them no time. Very efficient and he's flexible with the form of payments.
